Dear customers, if you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the following instructions

  • At VIA MON, every timepiece is carefully inspected and approved by our quality control team before it reaches you, ensuring it meets our highest standards of craftsmanship and presentation.
  • If you want to return or exchange your watch, contact us via WhatsApp number at (966530304699) by email at support@viamonwatches.com
    And attach details of the order number + the reason for the return + the purchase receipt
  • We understand that sometimes a watch may not feel like the perfect fit. That’s why we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident and satisfied with their VIA MON experience, as we continue building a long-term relationship with our community.
  • To maintain fairness and transparency for all valued customers, returned or exchanged items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition. This includes the complete packaging, accessories, and any complimentary or gift items received with the watch. All products are carefully examined by our quality and control team before approval of any return or exchange.
  • As a small but growing brand built on trust and craftsmanship, we kindly ask customers to bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. This allows us to maintain our standards of care while continuing to deliver exceptional value and service.
  • The shipment to be replaced or returned must be delivered to the shipping company specified by VIA MON within 36 hours after you make your decision and contacted VIA MON team.
  • The amounts paid will be returned in the case of a return by bank transfer to the customer’s account after examining the product. It usually take up-to 2-3 weeks and varies from bank to bank. If still not received after 3 weeks, kindly contact VIA MON team.
